This paellero seasoning mix gives the authentic flavour when preparing paellas, thanks to garlic, paprika, clove and food colouring blend.
Only a very small amount of the Paellero Seasoning Mix is needed, usually a teaspoon is enough for a 4 serving recipe.
Just add it to the stock before adding the rice.
